trade counter · how it works

your brand out front. our engine underneath.

Your clients hired you, not us. It stays that way. White-label means exactly that: everything leaves in your name, on your letterhead, from your address.

you send the block list

Addresses, flat counts, year-ends, and how you bill. One spreadsheet or one scrappy email, both work.

we build your templates

Demands, letters, budgets and accounts set up in your branding, your fonts, your footer. Your clients see you, everywhere.

we run the paperwork

Demands prepared on schedule, books kept ready for the accountant, filings tracked, compliance chased. Everything comes to you to send, from your own systems.

you keep the client

Your relationship, your client account, your fee on top. If you ever leave, the templates and the records go with you.

trade counter · the deal, plainly

four things we don't do

White-label only works on trust, so the boundaries are printed on the box.

we don't touch the money

Service charge funds sit in your client account under your rules. We prepare the demands; the money never comes near us.

we don't talk to your leaseholders

No calls, no emails, no accidental introductions. As far as your clients know, we do not exist.

we don't poach

Your blocks are your blocks. If one of your RMCs ever contacts us directly, we send them straight back to you.

we don't creep the price

£100 a flat is the rate. No setup fee, no per-letter charges, no "portal licence". Leave with three months' notice.

trade counter · the questions

asked across the counter

What agents ask before they put a book of blocks through us. Prices exclude VAT.

What is white-label block management?

Bargain Blocks does the block admin, the agent's brand stays on it. Leaseholders deal with the agent and see the agent's name on every demand and letter. Bargain Blocks is the engine underneath, not a party the leaseholder ever meets.

How much is the trade rate?

The same formula wholesale: £100 per flat per year, £895 minimum per block, plus VAT. At three blocks or more it is 10% off the lot. The book quoter on this page prices a whole portfolio at once.

Is there a minimum number of blocks?

No. One block is fine at the standard rate. The 10% multibuy starts at three blocks and applies to the whole book, not just the third one.

Does Bargain Blocks hold our client money?

No. On trade and white-label work the service charge money stays in the agent's account under the agent's own client money protection. Bargain Blocks prepares the paperwork and hands it over, and never touches the money.

Do you contact our leaseholders directly?

Not unless you ask us to. The default is that we prepare demands, letters and accounts and hand them to you, and you send them from your own systems under your own branding.

What happens to the blocks if we stop using you?

You take the books and the paperwork and go. There is no lock-in on the data, the demands are in your name already, and the leaseholder relationship was never ours to keep.
